100% Buyback Value Policy

1.    100% Buy Back Value will be Given to Customers Who Purchased 20% Buy Back Add-on at the time of Purchase of New Bicycle in Any Category (Kids, Hybrid, MTB, Road Bike).

2.    According to Policy Customer can avail Benefit of Free Accessories Kit, Service Support Next 1 Year (Every 6 month 1 Free Service), Free Pickup & Drop 2 time in 1 Year (Upto 5km Distance from store) & 100% Buy Back Value After 3 Year uses of Bicycle (Pre-GST value).

3.    If any of our customers wish to return the product purchased through Havit Cycles (Company Store/Franchise or Online) Under Buy Back Policy in future, can do so by sending back the product to us or by visiting any of our outlets in    India or Send to their Nearest Store by Courier Service.

4.      Customers can call, Book Online or visit any of the nearest Havit Cycles outlets to know more about the 100% Buy-back Value policy.

5.      Following policies are applicable only for the buy back through Company Website /Visiting Outlets of Havit Cycles.

6.      Contact our customer care team and inform the details of the item you wish to return to us along with the Order No. and generate a Return Authorization Code.

7.      Follow the return procedure mentioned here to return the product        t o us.

Once the returned product is received by Havit Cycles Authorized Facility and after successful completion of the quality check, your refund will be approved within 7 Days and Inform to Customer.

The value of the returned product will be calculated based on the Invoicing rate and GST will be deducted according to current rate of that time.

Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the Buy-Back amount of the product

8.     Customer need to update their personal details to avail this facility.

Terms & Condition

1.     The product is to be returned after 3 years of purchase. After 3 year there will be 90 Days Window for Return if Customer wish to return the product Under Buy Back Policy. Any Extension on this needs Management Approval.

2.     The amount is to be approved after the physical verification of the Item.

3.     The Refund amount will be Calculated Pre-GST Only.

4.     The product is to be in a good condition replacement should    be done considering damages.

5.     If any Damage in Bicycle except Minor  Scratches and running loss, Will be deducted according to Model and Part cost. Refer Below in details.

Product Value Calculation under Buy Back Offer.

First Condition- If Product is in Good Condition / Minor loss – 100% Buy Back Value Credit Note will passed (Pre-GST)

Second Condition- If Product is in Condition, Where Need to Service or do some Mechanical Work without changing any parts – 80% of Product Value considered for Buy Back Value.

Third Condition – If Product is in Condition where Service, Repair And Replacement of Parts has to be change than According to Model & Part cost, Amount will be deduct and Credit Note will made,

The Accessories which was Given as Free of Cost at the time of Selling, Also should be in Running Condition.

6.     The amount is to be returned through credit note which will be  used within 30 Days of Refund Approved Or Else that will Expired. (Not through cash).

7.     The amount is to be returned according to the value of the product condition mentioned above (in which the concerned product falls).

8.     The rest refund initiation is on the final call of the company, their terms and conditions prevail etc.
